Flexible office operator Citibase has announced the signing of its newest business centre located at the heart of historic Chester.
Situated on St John Street, the central location of the new business centre will certainly be a strong selling point for attracting clients, particularly with very little in the way of fully serviced office accommodation in the immediate area. While several flexible office companies do exist in Chester, competition in the City Centre itself remains relatively low.
Richard Axtell quoted: “ One of the comments we hear about Chester is the limited presence in the heart of the city of a major provider with much of the available stock being some way out of the city centre. Citibase always tries to get the best possible address and here in Chester we have once again achieved that and also in a top quality building.”
With the signatures still wet on on the new building contract, Citibase are now working on getting the building ready before it opens for business later this month. Richard continued: “We have commenced fit out and cabling and we expect to be fully operational during September. We are initially opening up the third floor, cellularised in normal serviced office tradition but we will also be retaining some larger suites for the bigger client requirements that exist.”
The centre will offer the complete tick list of business amenities you would expect to find from any high quality serviced office property. Offices will feature quality furnishings, 24 hour access, air conditioning and meeting rooms.
Richard added: “The building is complimented with excellent hotel accommodation on the doorstep, a variety of restaurants within the block and all the facilities the city centre has to offer within a stone’s throw. There is ample parking within a minute from the front door and the Roman Amphitheatre is literally just around the corner.”
