Flexible Lease Serviced Offices in Bracknell Under New Management

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Abbey House, a fully Serviced Office Business Centre located in the heart of Bracknell has recently been taken over by top quality Serviced Office provider Clarendon Enterprise.  Located off The Ring, the modern building offers fully Serviced Offices available on flexible lease terms as well as extensive meeting and conference facilities.

With various other Serviced Office Business Centres in Oxford and Bournemouth, Clarendon Enterprise are no strangers to the Serviced Office market and Easy Offices wanted to know what the company has in store for their new acquisition.  We wrote to business centre manager Kay Price who told us a little bit about Clarendon’s plans for the centre.

The operators have a rather extensive list of refurbishments planned for the property.  Work is to include improvements to toilet facilities, an overhaul of the reception area to include lighting, flooring and overall styling, an upgrade of the communal areas to include lighting and flooring as well as an extension of the centre’s meeting room facilities with the addition or at least one further “interview” room.  Kay told us “The centre will have various refurbishments to improve the look of the building and become more in line with the high standard of the other Clarendon Enterprise centres.”

Clarendon will have pressure from local competition with a number of Serviced Office providers operating from nearby properties.  I asked Kay what it was about their property that made them stand out from the crowd.  She told me that Abbey House benefits from a fantastic business location, situated within easy reach of the town’s amenities including bank and post office facilities.  The property also sits within a picturesque setting with an old church to the rear, and historic buildings to the front, of the property.  Kay commented “We felt although there are quite a few other Serviced Office providers in Bracknell we all have something different to offer, being in such a key location and within easy reach of both the M4 and M3, feel we can make Clarendon as successful in Bracknell as our centres in Oxford and Bournemouth.”

Now that the regeneration of Bracknell’s pedestrianised town centre has been given the green light the town looks set to remain a popular location for business.  Offering companies a strategic communications location the town’s two train stations sit on the Waterloo and Reading lines and there are good road links allowing easy access to both the M3 and M4 motorways.

  1. With office rental increasing, it doesn’t make much sense to have a physical office. I believe the future of most businesses will be virtual and leveraging off using a virtual office space.
