Forsyth has selected Emily Vaughan as new centre manager for its serviced office complex in Harrogate. Emily comes from a serviced office background and will be heading up the day to day running of the business centre.

On her new appointment Emily said that she is “delighted” to be part of the Harrogate team and is already enjoying taking care of her new clients so that they can focus on their core business.

The Harrogate serviced office centre was launched just three years ago and Ms Vaughan takes over the management reigns at a time where sales are looking healthy. The average occupancy level of the serviced offices is currently cruising at over 70%. Interestingly, Forsyth have reported a recent jump in virtual office interest at the property with a 50% increase in sales over the past 3 months.

Two new clients have just signed up for offices at Harrogate, they are Buckinghamshire based furniture company Underwood Bespoke English Furniture and Solstice Recruitment, specialists in legal – qualified and non qualified, secretarial and business support, sales and customer service staff.

Existing client Cherry Tiger Advertising has also expanded within the centre as a result of continued growth. Dan James, Partner at Cherry Tiger commented on how pleased the company were that they were able to expand within the same building rather than looking for new premises, he added: “What’s more, we love the tranquil views of the Stray from our third floor offices which aids the creative process of our business.”

The three storey Forsyth building is located at the corner of Station Parade and York Place, just a short walk from Harrogate Town Centre. For more information on these offices, including pricing and availability, call 0800 085 5050.
