Office Space Development at Edinburgh Science and Technology Park Under DTZ Management

Management of the 500, 000 sq ft property development at Science and Technology Park Edinburgh Technopole has been placed under the management of DTZ.

 

The landscaped park currently offers a variety of work space solutions to the science business community from small offices and laboratory suites to self contained buildings.  Once complete the new development will make a substantial addition to the park’s current provisions which house 20 companies and covers 126 acres south of Edinburgh City. 

 

Last month businesses at the park were informed of Midlothian Council’s new loan fund which will provide up to ÂŁ5,000 for qualifying start up businesses and up to ÂŁ25,000 for businesses trading for one year or more.  The scheme is intended to support businesses looking to start up or expand during the recession and ultimately help retain and create employment opportunities in the area.
