Office Space in Central Sheffield – A major refurbishment is being planned for one of Sheffield’s most prestigious and sought after city centre office buildings.
As part of the proposed scheme, Fountain Precinct, built in the 70s and amongst the first in Sheffield with air conditioning, will have a new and extended reception area and entrance onto Barkers Pool.

Recent demand for the premises has increased and two further wings are currently under offer.
