Flexible office operator Pure Offices has been celebrating the one year anniversary of its Oldbury serviced offices which opened back in October 2011.

The Oldbury team held a special anniversary luncheon to celebrate a successful first year of business during which 25 businesses have signed up for serviced office space at the business centre.

Pure Offices got together with the local Sandwell Council to host a buffet lunch for business centre residents as well as local business support organisations. The celebratory event provided an opportunity for occupiers to learn more about how to get assistance from Sandwell Council, as well as offering a great networking opportunity for all the companies.

The Oldbury business centre, located on Broadwell Road, is now nearing 50% occupancy. Tennants represent a range of sectors and include St John’s Ambulance, TLE, Executive Mail Data & Document Solutions and Surepay Solutions.

Sandwell’s Cabinet for Jobs and Economy, Cllr Derek Rowley, commented. “It’s important to have high quality, affordable, contemporary office space which helps attract new business to the borough. The lunch was really useful for the occupiers to see what Sandwell Council can do to support and help them expand their enterprises. We look forward to welcoming even more occupiers in the coming months.”

Stella Broster, Centre Manager at Oldbury, said she was delighted with the success of the Centre, adding: “We’re extremely proud of the ambitious companies we are attracting and of how they are thriving in our impressive facilities”

“As well as prestigious surroundings and state-of-the-art comms packages, we also organise regular business networking events to support our clients, such as our recent ‘Olympic Open Day’ lunch.”

Pure Offices is now offering a fantastic “Move in For Free” promotion to all new clients at Oldbury, to find out more call 020 3773 2893.
