Abbey Business Centres Edinburgh Offices Get New Tram Station

Reading Time: 2 minutes

The track has been laid and the stanchion poles to carry the overhead have been put in place. Now Princes Street, location of Abbey’s serviced office space in Edinburgh, has re-opened to traffic – after a period of ten months – following completion of the ground engineering works in connection with the UK’s latest tram system.

Also recognisable – sited between the tracks – is the platform base for the Princes Street tram “station“, which will be located directly outside the entrance to the offices

With buses back on Princes Street, the Airlink 100 service once again stops within a block of the front entrance – providing a swift and inexpensive link between Edinburgh Airport and Abbey Business Centres every ten minutes during the day and well into the evening. Access, both for visitors and those clients based at the centre, will be further enhanced when the trams – linking the Airport, Gyle office district, city centre and Leith – begin operating.

Abbey Business Centres on Princes Street already provides some of the best quality serviced office accommodation in Edinburgh – but for location and access it is simply unbeatable.
