BCA Recognises Barbican Offices for Customer Service Excellence

Despite narrowly missing out on the Business Centre of the Year title at this year’s BCA awards, the team at Business Environment’s Barbican centre  on Beech Street are celebrating the recognition that they received as an award finalist.

The team have been working hard throughout the year to bring excellent customer service to clients and are thrilled to have had their efforts recognised by the BCA. This is the second time that the Barbican serviced offices have made it to the finals, this year competing with fellow Business Environment centres in Wembley and Milton Keynes.

With Wembley claiming the title for 2011, Barbican centre manager, Yasmine Shah (pictured left with 2011 winnner), says that the team will not be discouraged by the narrow miss. Yasmine commented: “We were competing with such a strong line-up of business centres this year, so my whole team are delighted to have been a finalist this year and very happy that Wembley won. We will be trying even harder for next year.“

As well as excellence in customer service, the award category takes into consideration other ‘workplace factors’ including business values and employee retention. Having three business centres in the final for the award will earn respect for Business Environment from all corners of the commercial property industry. Yasmine added: “It’s a real thumbs up from the industry, and more importantly from our clients who rank us and our services so highly.“

Business Environment has featured as a strong contender at the BCA Awards over the years winning on several occasions with previous awards including Business Centre of the Year for the operator’s Milton Keynes and Bristol Clifton centres as well as, now two-time winner, Wembley.
