Business Environment has appointed Nazia Ahmed as Director of Human Resources. The leading provider of serviced offices and managed office solutions has promoted Nazia from her role as Human Resources Manager.

Nazia has supported the company’s drive to become a first choice employer during her time in the business. Work that has resulted in the move up to 23rd in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2010.

Business Environment’s Managing Director, David Saul, commented “I am delighted to be announcing the appointment of our new Human Resources Director – Nazia Ahmed.

Nazia joined us in 2009 and has developed a number of our team strategies that have supported our business during the difficult times of the last few years. The work has resulted in our 3 star ranking with Best Companies which recognises Business Environment as an exceptional place to work. Nazia will continue this excellent work and help develop our strategies further to help us recruit and train the very best people to support our clients“.

Nazia originally joined Business Environment in a temporary position and was appointed as the Human Resources Manager for the group later in 2009.

With the lowest staff turnover in the service sector Business Environment continues to lead the way with the retention of excellent people to support their clients. It’s this achievement that was recognised with the announcement last October that the business was shortlisted as a finalist in The National Customer Service Awards 2010.

Nazia will be based in London and will have responsibility for Business Environment’s teams located across the UK.
