Serviced Office Managment Hat Trick as Citibase Takes Over!

Reading Time: < 1

Serviced Office operator Citibase has announced that it has taken over management of three business centres, formally controlled by competitor Topcentre.

The business centres include Ditchling Road in Brighton, London Road in Burgess Hill and Worthing Road in Horsham and will help to extend the operator’s now extensive UK serviced office portfolio.

Having staged a major expansion during 2009, Citibase has completed several successful management take-overs this year, including the acquisition of the ex-MLS Norfolk House property in Milton Keynes.

Thanks to rising interest from small companies looking for economical office space during the recession, Citibase revealed its best ever financial results during July.  At the time the operator told retail and commercial property magazine Property Week that pre-tax profits for the year to February were up by 61%.

Topcentre will remain in control of its other business centres in Maidenhead and Tunbridge Wells.
