Premier Birmingham serviced office provider – City Spirit St Paul’s today announces that the company has experienced a steady growth in the period May to August 2009.
This is in stark contrast to the current downturn faced by many of the region’s commercial property businesses over the same period. Part of this trend -bucking success is attributed to the recent acquisition of new clients, in particular that of national IFA 2plan Wealth Management. The new office at St Paul’s Square will become 2plan’s first Midlands location and forms part of the company’s UK expansion plans. The new Birmingham base supplements 2plan’s existing offices in Leeds, Southampton and London.

The alliance presented a requirement for both businesses to operate in the same premises so Uniec referred 2Plan to City Spirit. By focusing on looking after our existing customers, we are also attracting new ones – a strategy that we hope will help us to continue bucking the trend this year.“
