Leeds Offices Bought by Leeds-Based Evans Property Group

Leeds-based Evans Property Group has purchased 80,000 sq ft of office space in Leeds City Centre in a substantial ~20m investment. 

 

The newly acquired property sits at a prime location on 1 Park Row right in the heart of the city centre and shopping district and minutes from the mainline train station.  Long term building resident, law firm Pinsent Masons, currently occupies space in the building on a lease which is not due to run out until 2024.

 

Evans Property Group has gross property assets in excess of ~600 million.  The group established Evans Easyspace in 2000, launching Serviced Offices and light industrial units across the UK, the company now has some 48 British centres, aimed at attracting SME occupiers.
