“We’re finding that all over the country there are lots of landlords who have got good buildings in the right location, but the conventional office market is very quiet at the moment. So increasingly, companies are moving out of conventionally leased space into more flexible serviced office space.
“What we are able to do for landlords like Moorgarth is to operate their buildings for them as serviced offices, where the demand is still strong. It provides them with an income stream that is potentially in excess of a traditional lease structure and they can benefit from our expertise in running these sorts of facilities.“
The launch of Forsyth@Southfield marks the company’s first move into Harrogate, giving businesses in the area the chance to take advantage of well equipped, fully refurbished furnished office space on flexible terms, whilst avoiding the risk and expense of entering into a long term restrictive lease – ideal for the current trying economic times.
The move builds on Forsyth’s continuing UK expansion which has seen the company recently open new serviced offices in Leeds, Darlington, Hemel Hempstead and Datchet.
