Leading flexible office space operator Orega has acquired yet more office space after taking on a further 17,000 sq ft at Three Piccadilly Place in central Manchester.

Orega has staged a substantial expansion during 2009.  In April the company opened the art deco style building The Beehive at Gatwick.   Shortly after, expansion plans were announced for the Midlands, and the operator took on further  space at a landmark property located at Colmore Plaza in central Birmingham (seen opposite).  The Colmore Plaza serviced offices are now expected to open in September this year.

The operator has established a reputation within the serviced office industry for providing a good level of customer care and bright, quirky office space.  In an interview with commercial and retail property magazine Property Week last month, co-founder of Orega, Paul Finch commented: “Most centres are very average and difficult to distinguish from one another….we refuse to enter into management agreements with anyone who is not prepared to turn their building into the best in town.”
