Serviced Office Group Extends Office Portfolio into Docklands and Bristol

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Serviced Office Group has recently added two new serviced office business centres to its UK portfolio having acquired space in Docklands and central Bristol.

Founded by Chairman Michael Kingshott CVO in 2003, the group has grown through acquisition and a Joint Venture with UBS Investment Bank.  One of several UK operators to benefit from the meltdown of economical office provider MLS earlier this year, Serviced Office Group took over the reigns of an ex-MLS centre in Bromley during April.   It has now announced the acquisition of a further property, previously managed by MLS, this time in Docklands (see opposite).

Situated on Admirals Way the new centre is set alongside the Docklands riverside, overlooking the O2 Arena to the east and Canary Wharf to the north.  All offices, some with the waterfront views, are fully furnished and situated just a few minutes’ walk from South Quay DLR station and Canary Wharf underground station.

Additionally, Serviced Office Group last week revealed that it has taken on a further property in Bristol City Centre (see opposite).  Located on Victoria Street the new centre offers a prime BS1 business address and offers good quality serviced office space with on site parking.

The group continues to expand despite the recession and has confirmed that it is looking to negotiate further opportunities for 2009.
