The Milton Keynes serviced office centre has been created via a joint venture with leading property developers Abbeygate Helical (a joint venture between Abbeygate Developments Ltd and Helical Bar Plc). i2, headed by CEO Philip Grace who founded United Business Centres in 1999 and then in 2008 grew the network from five to twenty three in six months, aims to maximise IT support and technology to offer cost-effective office space and clear pricing for clients.
