Abbey Business Centres Rewards Best of the Best Staff Members!

Leading Serviced Office operator Abbey Business Centres has announced the winners of its annual Best of the Best Awards for 2009. Incorporating six different categories, the Best of the Best awards give both clients and employees of Abbey Business Centres the chance to reward those centre staff who have gone the extra mile to meet customer needs in the past year.

 

In all around 200 votes were cast by staff and clients alike and this year’s winners were:

 

Best Business Development Manager:

Lisa McEwan, Glasgow Woodside

 

Best Centre Manager:

Lee Stoddard, Edinburgh

 

Best Assistant Centre Manager:

Gillian Findlay, Edinburgh

 

Best Customer Serviced Co-Ordinator:

Rhian Somner, Heathrow

 

Best Newcomer:

Daniela Gianfriglia, Heathrow

 

Best of the Rest:

Lorraine Scott, House-Keeper, Edinburgh

 

Each of the victors was presented with a certificate and a bottle of champagne by a member of Abbey’s senior management team in recognition of their achievements.

 

Lee Stoddard, winner of the Best Centre Manager award, was thrilled to accept her award “Whilst I personally feel a great sense of pride in winning this award, credit must also go to the rest of my centre team who try their hardest to deliver excellent customer service to our clients every day.“

 

Managing Director Julie Calder was elated with the feedback received during the nomination process “I could not be more delighted with this year’s results. Over 200 votes cast supports my belief that we offer the best customer service in the serviced office industry and we continue to push for further excellence.“

 

Ms Calder’s bold statement about Abbey’s customer service does have some backing considering the following nominations were just a small number of the ones received by clients: “Abbey’s centre team in London Victoria has both an excellent spirit amongst them and a great rapport with their clients. I believe this is down to the Centre Manager who manages her team wonderfully and also has a tremendous working relationship with her BDM. The Centre Manager’s willingness to step in and solve problems is evidence of her abilities and her passion for the company“
