Serviced office operator Pure Offices is expanding with a new business centre currently under construction in Oldbury.
With completion expected in October 2011, the new building will offer serviced offices for 1 to 10+ staff available under Pure Offices’ standard easy-in, easy-out terms.
The centre will feature showers and reception area and offer free onsite parking. The location on Broadwell Road offers easy access to local transport links with Sandwell and Dudley train station right next door.
In a website update released last month Pure Offices stated that the building construction was on track and the launch date on schedule for 3rd October 2011.
Pure Offices has a long term funding agreement with property fund manager Highcross, which also owns Managed Office operator Bizspace. The entire Pure Offices portfolio is based upon an aim of sustainability. Buildings feature a number of sustainable solutions including insulation and window glazing with Pilkington solar control glass which reflects heat from the sun. The centres are all “B” energy rating and offer a comfortable and sustainable working environment.
Pure Offices currently operators from several UK locations including Oxford, Leamington Spa, Welwyn Garden City and Swindon.
