Luxury serviced office operator, The Brentano Suite, will be launching a new business centre later this month located in Finchley. The operator has decided to expand its offering after the ongoing popularity and success of its existing centres within North London.
The Brentano Suite first opened in Elstree. After office space filled up fast, a subsequent centre was opened in nearby Whetstone. The business centre at Elstree is now completely full (with a long waiting list to boot) and the operator’s second centre at Whetstone is also heading in the same direction.
The Brentano Suite has now acquired 10,000 square foot at a third centre located on High Road in Finchley. The operator has taken an entire floor in the building with room to expand further once offices are filled. The space has been sectioned to form 55 brand new offices ranging in size from a single person up to a 20 man suite. Meeting rooms, kitchens and break out areas have also been created.
Known locally for providing high quality offerings, The Brentano Suite has created the new offices with luxurious stylings, designed to project a deluxe, warm atmosphere. The internal décor of the business centre has been carefully chosen to enhance this image, producing a fresh, clean working environment throughout.
I contacted Ben Anders of The Brentano Suite to find out more about the unique selling points of the new offices. Ben told me: “We pride ourselves on offering our tenants a luxury serviced environment. We value all of our tenants and I am positive all our tenants would say our service is better than any they have received. Our experienced maintenance and operations team will continue to ensure that all our tenant’s requirements and needs are met.”

I asked Ben if The Brentano Suite had already seen interest in the new centre, he told me: “We have already had a lot of interest in the offices; we have secured 4 new tenants to date and are in discussion with many other people, it is brilliant to see so much interest in our new offices, especially when our building work isn’t scheduled to be finished for another couple of weeks. This is something we can only put down to our reputation and high quality service that we will continue to provide all of our tenants.”
So, with the new business centre at Finchley due to open this month, what will be next for The Brentano Suite? Ben said: “We have put a great deal of time and effort into making the Finchley offices a reality. We expect to fill these offices up very quickly given the prime location and our reputation. We have already started looking at other venues to expand into but Finchley is our main priority for the moment. We are always looking at other potential areas to offer our luxury serviced offices and meeting rooms.”
The Finchley property benefits from underground and overground parking facilities. A superb, North London location places clients within half an hour of the City and West End with Woodside Park station (and two other main train stations and bus routes) on the doorstep. The surrounding High Road area also boasts a great choice of restaurants and cafes.
