Business Environment’s Wembley Centre is celebrating winning the “Business Centre of the Year” award for the second time in five years – following its success in this year’s Business Centre Association (BCA) industry awards.
Given for outstanding customer service during the year; the BCA’s award is open to all serviced office providers in the UK, and voted for by their customers. This year, there were more than 850 nominations for business centres throughout the UK. Business Environment Wembley was judge the winner, based on the large number of votes it received, along with a high percentage of positive comments.
Located close to the football stadium, the Wembley Centre covers 12 floors and provides 102,000ft2 of serviced office accommodation. It is Business Environment’s largest centre and offers a wide range of high quality services to small and large clients alike, according to Centre Manager, Sam Samaraweera who collected the award on behalf of his team.
Commenting on the award, Sam said: “I’m delighted that all the team’s hard work over the past year has been recognised with this award. We’ve a great mix of clients at Wembley and no two days are ever the same, so it’s very rewarding when clients recognise our efforts on their behalf”.
Business Environment’s managing director, David Saul was equally delighted with the Wembley Centre’s success, commenting: “Sam and his team have worked very hard to ensure that their clients receive great service every day and we’re very pleased that so many of their clients have recognised their efforts and voted for them in large numbers. All our Centres were nominated for the Award this year, which clearly shows that providing a great experience is fundamental to keeping clients for the long-term.”
This is fourth time in five years that Business Environment has won the BCA’s Centre of the Year award. In addition to the Wembley Centre’s 2006 win, the company’s Milton Keynes centre won in 2008, followed by its centre at Clifton, Bristol last year.
