This week is National Customer Service Week and serviced office operator Avanta will be celebrating across all of its UK business centres.
Conceived as part of an initiative by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), the week is designed to raise awareness of the importance of good customer service and the benefits that this can bring to organisations, individuals and stakeholders. More than 1700 companies took part in National Customer Service week across the world last year, promoting the high quality treatment of customers and best business practice involving all aspects of customer service.
Avanta boasts a full team of ICS accredited staff members. The operator will be running a number of client-based activities this week in support of the ICS initiative including quizzes, raffles and breakfast / coffee mornings. Avanta will also be raising money for its chosen charity Sparks during a “Friday Fancies” morning.
