Having its business centres perfectly located is the key to Avanta’s success, claims an independent customer survey carried out over a six month period across its 18 UK serviced office locations.
The survey of more than 200 clients found that the main reasons that clients chose office space at Avanta was location (42%); quality of office space (23%); availability of space (23%) and flexibility of tenancy (17%). The main reasons clients then chose to continue their tenancy in an Avanta building were location, helpful staff, quality of office space and facilities. In addition, 90% of those surveyed who had been with Avanta for less than three months said that their overall expectations were met or exceeded during the initial viewing.
“We pride ourselves on the quality of service that we provide,” comments David Kinnaird, group operations director, “And so we carry out regular client satisfaction surveys to ensure that we are not only meeting our own high standards, but also to highlight areas that we can further improve.
“Despite the challenging economic climate that most businesses are facing, we are working hard to increase value for money and are not cutting service costs. This ensures we can still provide a quality product and service to our clients, thus delivering outstanding results in our client satisfaction survey.
“This latest survey reveals that our own key performance indicators have been exceeded by some margin with reception and admin, cleanliness and quality of facilities and services receiving higher than average marks. In addition, over 80% of our clients are overall very satisfied and are happy to recommend Avanta business centres to others.”
