Avanta’s brand new direct sales team has broken all previous company records by receiving almost 300 serviced office enquiries in one week and then booking 84 new client viewings at its 19 UK business centres in just one week.
“We’ve seen a steady increase in office space enquiries since the new team was put in place in March,“ comments Kylie Davies, Avanta’s direct sales team leader, “but the real achievement is converting so many business centre enquiries into actual viewings.
“One of the keys to our success is that since setting up the new sales team we’ve focussed on what the client actually needs in their office space rather than just offering a cost per workstation deal. By understanding what motivates clients we are better able to provide them with an ideal solution to their long-term office space requirements.
“London City is still proving the most popular location, closely followed by London Victoria and then Hammersmith. Also, there is currently strong demand for serviced office space in Manchester.“
