Alton Serviced Office business centre Charwell House has released the results of its customer satisfaction survey for the last quarter.
The survey was sent to all of the centre’s serviced office clients totalling just under 100 companies and their staff. Clients were asked to mark the centre’s facilities on a score from 1 to 10 to show the level of their satisfaction with their offices and virtual offices as well as the centre’s social facilities and staff.
The impressive results showed that clients rated nearly every aspect of Charwell House on a score of 9 or above, giving an overall average of 9.73! Clients praised the attitudes of staff members in particular, giving a perfect 10 for staff politeness and helpfulness. The centre’s social events also got full marks, demonstrating the close-knit business community that Charwell House provides on a daily basis.
