Darlington Serviced Office provider, Forsyth Business Centres, has filled more space with the signing of four new clients at its town centre complex, Forsyth House.
Working in partnership with parent company, Scarborough Group International (SGI), the Property and Leisure Empire owned by Kevin McCabe, the whole of the first floor, (5,500 sq ft) has been let to Oasis Dental Care (Oasis), the National NHS and Private Dentistry chain, on a 15-year lease. Established in 1996, Oasis has 170 practices across England and Wales, looking after over 1.5 million patients.
In addition, Care Recruitment Business, One-Call Care Solutions; Overseas property and travel company Ece Property Travel, which promotes and sells properties abroad as well as package holidays; and Para-Sols, an Outsourced Paraplanning Firm, offering research and reports for Financial Advisors, have all moved into the three-storey building on Woodland Road.
Forsyth House provides fully furnished state-of-the-art office space on flexible occupancy terms. Companies can also take advantage of full administrative and infrastructure backup including telephone answering, virtual offices, meeting rooms and secretarial services.
Linda Livingstone, centre manager, Forsyth House, said: “The high level of enquiries we are seeing for Forsyth House shows there is a clear demand in the Darlington area for serviced offices among local businesses. These range from start-ups to small and medium sized organisations that want the convenience of an all-inclusive package and the security of flexible terms.
“Being part of SGI enables us to accommodate a variety of organisations including larger firms like Oasis where it makes sound business sense for them to have a longer-term agreement.”
