i2 Office gave a warm welcome to some important visitors last week as representatives from Greenwich Council and Ravensbourne Art School, together with commercial property agents and brokers, turned up to take a look at the operator’s new Greenwich serviced offices.
Situated at Mitre Passage on the Greenwich Peninsula, i2 Office is currently offering both serviced office and managed office options over the fifth and eighth floors of the property, affording clients some truly excellent views across the Thames and of surrounding areas including the O2 arena, Canary Wharf and Olympic Stadium.
At the celebratory evening, offices were showcased to visitors as belonging to a superb, up-and-coming area of London which is now providing a great place in which to do business.
GM Sales for i2 Office Greenwich, Mark Gregson, gave an address to explain why i2 Office had been drawn to the area. He said: “Greenwich is a prime location for new and growing businesses. The area is thriving, with the Olympics just around the corner and the general build up throughout 2012, Greenwich is a key area of development within London. We wanted to give neighbouring businesses and agents a true flavour of i2 Office Greenwich, something which can only be experienced first-hand.”
i2 Office CEO, Philip Grace, said the team were “delighted” at the evening’s turnout. He commented: “The offer in Greenwich is truly spectacular and we have already had great interest in the centre with clients already signed up from the outset.”
