The team at Orega’s soon-to-be-launched serviced offices in Hammersmith are said to be delighted by an excellent sales outlook for the new centre. Half of all available workstations have already been sold ahead of the centre’s official opening date later this month.
An impressive 61% of serviced offices are now occupied with international businesses showing a particular interest in the new flexible office accommodation. Five new clients, representing the Japanese, Taiwanese, Libyan, Azerbaijani and American markets, have signed up for space together with a further five british businesses.
Clients include Japanese pharmaceutical company Shionogi, which will be taking 20 workstations in Hammersmith as the company makes its initial expansion into the British market. Global Real Estate, a Florida-based property investment company, will also be expanding into the UK for the first time with a move into six workstations during April.
Other international clients will be relocating to the centre from nearby Hammersmith properties. One of Taiwan’s leading exporters of video games and gambling printed circuit boards, Chang Yu, will be amongst the new clients, together with two Azerbaijani companies – Azerbaijan Airlines and state-owned oil company Socar – and Al Nahr Engineering from Libya.
