Recruitment specialist United Resources Ltd has relocated its offices out of the Capital and into Hersham, in leafy Surrey.
United Resources offers recruitment solutions to the oil, gas and renewable energy industries on a global scale and is the latest client to join the thriving business community at Hersham Place Technology Park, managed by office space operator Fasset Ltd.
The recruitment firm originally located its offices in London whilst growing its business reputation and working on compiling a blue chip global client list. Now, United Resources has decided to move away from the Capital to more convenient location for staff and in a bid to reduce daily commuting hours.
The company was looking for a strict list of requirements for its new offices which included 24 hour access, IT capability, facilities for staff, security and close proximity to transport routes. The offices would also need to be flexible to offer room for future expansion and Hersham Place Technology Park fitted the bill perfectly.
United Resources Directors, Rob Norris and Mark Ames, said: “Foremost to our search was location as we still needed to be within an easy reach of London to meet clients. Secondly we had a fairly demanding criteria list and whilst we viewed a fair few locations, Hersham Place really stood out from the crowd.
The Fasset team helped ensure our move was seamless and we were up and running in just one day. Our team has use of a great range of onsite facilities like the gym and restaurant; and the fact that we are not commuting daily for up to several hours is great news for us and the business.”

Fasset Ltd was awarded a contract at Hersham Place Technology Park by anchor occupier Air Products.
