Serviced Offices in Mayfair: It has been a busy month for the Mayfair serviced office industry with several news stories regarding new centre openings and acquisitions hitting the Easy Offices’ headlines!

First came the re-launch of serviced offices located on South Molton Street (see our article Serviced Offices in Mayfair re-open following Total Renovation) by new industry operator Mayfair Point.   The serviced offices had been fully renovated by the operator following a fire last summer and now boast high quality space in a prime Mayfair location, directly above Bond Street tube station.

A few days later Easy Offices news site also covered the announcement by managed office space operator MOS regarding the acquisition a building at Swallow Place near to Oxford Circus (see More Office Space for Mayfair as MOS Launches Managed Office Space Centre) Offering managed office space the centre will make a welcome addition for clients looking for both small and large office suites with configurations from 5 up to 300 people.   Also boasting a great Mayfair address, these offices are moments from Oxford Circus underground.

Although not a new business centre, Regus Plc, has also launched additional serviced office space at its flagship Berkeley Square business centre this month, together with a stunning new business lounge.  The business lounge offers easy-access work space with a whole host of facilities from complimentary refreshments to print from Blackberry capabilities.
