Portal Business Centres in Warrington are ensuring all tenants, new and existing, are aware of the extension in the Small Business Rates Relief (SBRR), a relief which is available for businesses based at a single location with offices that have a rateable value of less than ~18k per annum.
Between 1st October 2010 and the 30th September 2011 all properties with a rateable value of up to ~6,000 will pay no rates, those between ~6001 and ~12, 000 will be entitled to relief on a sliding scale.
