When we first heard about this building being available, we turned it down. Not for us, bit too 1980′s, bit vanilla. Love it when we’re wrong. First up this building is much closer to the market and the station than you realise (London Bridge), and almost opposite Borough Station. And secondly, when we were on site, we removed some of the ceiling tiles and saw amazing ceiling heights and a coffered concrete ceiling throughout. That was that then. A beautiful ceiling showed us the potential (well done Sam for actually looking although he is the tallest in the office so kind of expected). Architects Stiff & Trevillion worked with us to starkly change the outside and create a beautiful building inside. A mix of individual offices, meeting rooms, events spaces, lounges and co-working.
